The Maasai, a nomadic community located in the regions of Kenya and Tanzania. The Maasai community are known for their love for bead work and bright colors. They have a long experience in crafts and bead work and the art is passed from one generation to the other.
Each item is handcrafted with much love and care by a local Kenyan artist and designer who you will be also supporting by purchasing from Piedras Haseya.
