 Can I return my design?:


Think about ordering underwear, use it for a few days, and then return it because it was uncomfortable. Once crystals are in some else's hands, they cannot be returned. Apologies for the inconvenience. 

What if my bracelet/necklace/ earrings brake? 

NO REFUNDS. However, I can guarantee you to fix your piece and make it better. Please contact me right away describing how it broke and a picture of it. You can mail the beads back to me at your cost, I will add any additional material, and I can mail it back to you at out cost.  

Do you ship outside of USA?

We currently ship with the United States including Hawaii, Alaska, and US Military bases. We are working on setting up a convenient and safe platform that can ship your order safely outside of the United Stated. If you have additional questions, please contact us at

When will my order be shipped?

  • Orders placed on a weekday will be shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped on the first available business day.
  • Please allow 3-5 days to create a customized order, 3-5 days for shipping and delivering.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on which shipping option you choose.

  • For Standard Post - 3 to 5 business days
  • For local Delivery - please allow an extra 1 to 2 business days to schedule a delivering time within the Des Moines Metro area,.

How much are shipping costs?

  • Standard Post with Tracking $4.90
  • Expedited: $6.90
  • Local Delivery: Free

Shipping costs are generated at the checkout for your review before placing an order. Shipping costs are subject to change depending on market rates.

What shipping service do you use?

We use United Postal Service to delivery your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number with a link to the online tracking tools for your shipment. This tracking number will only display information once the order has been collected and scanned by the courier.

Orders sent via USPS will receive the following scan updates:

  • Collected from sender: When your item has been lodged at a USPS facility
  • Delivered: When your item has been safely delivered by the local post office
